What do I translate?
Pretty much anything be it hentai, manga, light novels, web novels, v-tuber clips, etc.
Which languages can I translate?
I can translate Japanese-English, Spanish-English, and French-English (And well every other combination of the 4, but that’s not what you’re here for…)
Are there any tags I don’t translate?
I do not translate loli/shota or hard NTR. Other extreme tags (furry, scat, guro, etc.) are allowed, but I charge more for stuff like that.
My rates
- Standard manga translation: $5.00-$7.00 per page. This price includes the translation, typesetting, and necessary editing for all the story-relevant text. The final price depends on the amount of text, the amount of editing required, and the content. Please note that works with an unusually large amount of text (Like some CG sets for example) can cost a lot more. Similarly, tags that I don’t like can also go above this range (I.e. NTR, scat, furry, guro, etc.).
Standard translations don’t include sound effects outside text bubbles or afterwords; if you want those please refer to the section below. - Premium manga services: These are extra services we can provide that aren’t included in a standard translation.
SFX: $3.00-$5.00 extra per page. For this price we’ll redraw and translate the sound effects outside speech bubbles.
Afterwords and forewords: $0.06-$0.08 per character. (A full page afterword is usually around $30). This is also for pages that are mostly text, not just afterwords and forewords.
Decensoring: $4.00-$10.00 extra per page. The price is heavily dependent on the censoring style. We’ll give you a precise quote after we see the manga in question.
Coloring: $10.00-$15.00 extra per page. The price for this depends on the complexity of the work. We’ll give you a precise quote when we see the manga in question. - Novels: $0.06-$0.08 per character (This usually means $30-$50 per page, but it depends on the novel and the formatting style). The final price also depends on the difficulty.
- Video and audio: $0.10 to $0.30 per word. (This usually means around $10-$15 per minute, but not always) The price also depends on the difficulty and the genre.

When/where to pay:
Payment has to be in advance. I work on a first paid first served basis. I suggest you pay as soon as possible so you can reserve your spot in line.
You can pay me via Paypal, Ko-Fi, or Bitcoin. Rates are the same for all 3.
How long does it take?
It really depends on the type of translation.
I can finish 40-50 pages of CG like the sample below in a week with editing included.
15-25 page doujins take about a week too, maybe a bit more if the editing is difficult/in color.
Commissions with premium services depend heavily on the type of services you want, so I can’t give you any estimate until you send me the manga in question. However, I can tell you right now that decensoring and sfx take a really long time.
For novels it depends on the difficulty, but I can do around 2000 characters per day for the easy ones.
Also please note that the time frames I give are just estimates. This is doubly true when I have to hire an editor since they are late quite frequently.
Refunds
I’ll begin this section by saying that giving refunds is extremely difficult for me. As such, I’ll consider 50% of all payments received a non-refundable deposit. So please think about it very carefully before making a payment, especially for larger amounts.
I won’t refund work that I’ve already done either, you’ll just get the pages I’ve finished + a refund proportional to the 50% remaining. This doesn’t include the editor’s part, the best I could do is put you in contact with them so you can negotiate a refund directly with them.
